Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All photos are taken from actual Fast Industrial products in our showroom. Minor variations in wood grain and fabric color are possible and highlight the natural materials we use.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. You can also request a copy from our sales team via email or phone at any time.

How can I return an item?

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the case and arrange a return or replacement according to our policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our models are produced continuously. If an item is out of stock, our team can inform you about the next production batch or suggest a similar alternative.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all districts of Vientiane Capital and selected provinces in Laos. For international projects, please contact us directly to discuss logistics options.
